Paid search, paid social, SEO, influencer and retention — run through one console. Every module activates only once it clears its own readiness check.

service

Paid Search

Search and Shopping campaigns engineered account-by-account in Google Ads Manager — bid and budget re-set on a weekly pass.

Your campaigns don't need another spreadsheet.
They need a control room.

MoonSpace runs paid, organic, social and retention through one console, so context survives every handoff between modules. Five rules it enforces:

  • One intake

A brief lands once — one goal, existing assets, who signs off — and every module reads the same note.

  • Routed to a named lead

Work goes to a named module lead — Paid Search, Paid Social, SEO or Analytics.

  • Every stage visible

Two revision rounds run on a fixed cadence. You know when comments are due and when the next version ships.

  • “Ready” is a checklist state

A module is marked ready after its launch checklist — tracking verified, creative approved, budget confirmed.

  • Scope changes in writing

Mid-project pivots get re-scoped with your point of contact before work continues — never silently absorbed.

Constellation base plate

Eleven services. One console.

Six modules. Each one boots on its own.

Every module below carries its own instrument shelf listing the tools it actually runs on.

ready

Paid Search

Search and Shopping campaigns run against demand that already exists — bid strategy and budget pacing adjusted on a weekly cycle.

A paid-media buyer runs the account day to day — bids, budgets, and weekly reallocation.

Influencer & Event Promotion

Creators vetted on audience overlap before intro, and launch or event campaigns planned back from the date — both run through the same paid-social channel.

An analytics engineer checks audience-overlap data on each creator; a paid-media buyer plans the flight length for time-boxed launches.

what changes scope and cost

  • Module count.Paid Search plus Paid Social means two module leads and a shared reporting line. The coordination hours between them are real work — they are in the scope note, not hidden in a blended rate.
  • Revision rounds beyond the two included.Every base campaign build carries two structured revision rounds on the creative. A third round is a full test-and-rebuild pass — on a multi-channel launch, roughly an extra week per round.
  • Channel count. Each channel — Ads, Social, Influencer — carries its own account setup, a weekly optimisation pass, and its own line in the monthly report. Three channels is three of everything.
  • Content volume per month.A 12-post month and a 30-post month are different production schedules: more drafting, more review slots, more scheduling passes before anything ships.

Not in the number: ad spend — the platform bills it directly, it is never blended into our fee.

Not on offer: pay-for-performance pricing — guaranteed rankings or traffic numbers aren't honest in this market.

Four shapes, before any of it is yours.

The four working structures every engagement starts from. Hover (or tap on touch) to see the working layer underneath the still.

Landing structure
Landing structure — active state

Landing structure

One offer, one primary CTA path, a proof block, and an FAQ block below the fold — the shape we lock before a single ad sends traffic to it.

Content grid
Content grid — active state

Content grid

A posting grid split into pillar post, repost, behind-the-scenes, and promo slots, so a gap in the calendar is visible on the grid before it becomes a gap in the feed.

Campaign structure
Campaign structure — active state

Campaign structure

Campaign, then ad group, then keyword or audience theme — the tree we build before a single ad goes live in Google Ads Manager, so spend maps to intent rather than a guess.

Reporting cabinet

Reporting cabinet

Panel slots for channel-lane cards, a live signal feed, and a QA checklist — the same shape as the live cabinet in Mission Control below, filled with placeholder tiles here.

orientation quiz

Six questions. One launch path.

Which of six starting points fits what you actually have right now — pick one; nothing here is scored.

Question 1 of 6

What are we launching?

Five stages. One of them never ends.

Orientation through Launch happen once. Orbit — the working cadence — is what keeps running after.

Orientation

We read the scope against the six modules and confirm which Launch path it sits in — Build, Amplify, Align, Instrument, Event, or Orbit. Usually a 2-3 business day turnaround before the first working call.

Trajectory

Scope gets written down: what is in, what is out, which channel lane goes first. A short scope note — typically ready within a week of Orientation.

Build

Build runs inside the module system: ad creative drafted for the campaign, GA4 and pixel tracking wired in, Meta Business Suite or Google Ads Manager set up for the channel lanes involved. Two structured revision rounds are built into this stage, each closing at a defined point where feedback lands and the next version ships — typically 2-4 weeks, depending on how many modules are in scope.

Launch

A go-live checklist runs before anything ships: tracking verification, a cross-device preview pass, budget confirmation, and ad-account access handover. Launch day is scheduled in advance, with a go/no-go checkpoint the day before — typically within 3-5 business days of QA sign-off.

Orbit

The working cadence once a project is live.

  • A weekly signal review — what moved, what did not.
  • An asset queue for the next content or campaign batch.
  • QA notes carried over from the previous cycle.
  • One next action, agreed before the call ends.
flight profiles

Three ways to run an engagement.

Same six modules underneath — three commercial shapes on top. Pick by how much is in scope and how long it needs to keep running.

project build

Project build

One module with a defined end state — a landing-page build, a tracking setup, a launch campaign.

duration2–6 months, fixed scope
  • A written scope note both sides sign off
  • Two structured revision rounds
  • Go-live checklist before anything ships
  • Account handoff: ad accounts, tracking access, or creative source files
what moves the costModule count, and revision rounds beyond the two included.
retainermost engagements

Monthly retainer

Channels that never stop — Ads, Social, content — or several modules running at once.

duration6–12+ months, rolling
  • Weekly signal review — what moved, what did not
  • An asset queue for the next content or campaign batch
  • A reporting line per active channel, monthly
  • One point of contact who re-scopes changes in writing
what moves the costChannel count and content volume per month.
consulting

Hourly consulting

An audit or strategy pass before committing to a build.

durationTypically ~20 hours across 2–4 weeks
  • Written findings you can act on
  • A module map of what to run first
  • A scope note that stays yours, wherever you take it next
what moves the costHours — capped in writing up front.

Two rules across all three: ad spend is billed by the platform, separately — never blended into the fee. Growth percentages get attached to a channel only once it has a cycle of real data behind it — the first cycle on a new lane is there to build that baseline.
